Charles E. Bessey Inducted into Nebraska Hall of Fame

The herbarium at the University of Nebraska State Museum is named in honor of Charles E. Bessey. Dr. Bessey was a nationally known botanist and professor at the University in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. On June 26, 2009, he was inducted into the Nebraska Hall of Fame. News article »
